Website Terms of Service
Effective September 15, 2026
These Website Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of https://taco.co and its content, forms, links, and related features (collectively, the "Website"), which are provided by K Ventures LLC d/b/a Taco ("Taco," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
1. Eligibility and Business Use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms. The Website is intended for United States business audiences and is not directed to consumers outside the United States or to minors.
2. Website Only and Separate Client Agreements
The Website describes Taco's SEO, AI-search visibility, content, technical, link-acquisition, analytics, and related services and allows visitors to contact Taco, schedule a meeting, or subscribe to communications. The Website does not process purchases, create user accounts, or by itself establish a client relationship.
Any services provided by Taco require a separate written master services agreement, statement of work, order form, or other written agreement accepted by Taco and the client (a "Client Agreement"). The Client Agreement controls the scope, deliverables, fees, payment, timing, ownership, confidentiality, warranties, termination, refunds, dispute resolution, and other terms of an engagement. If these Terms conflict with a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls for that engagement.
3. Informational Content and No Performance Guarantee
Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. It is not professional, financial, legal, or other regulated advice and should not be treated as a promise, representation, or guarantee concerning any particular strategy, deliverable, ranking, traffic level, AI or LLM citation, revenue result, or other outcome. Examples, case studies, testimonials, metrics, and descriptions of past results are illustrative and do not guarantee future performance. Search engines, AI platforms, publishers, algorithms, and other third parties operate outside Taco's control.
4. Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, Taco grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Website for lawful internal business and informational purposes. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, or create derivative works from Website content except as permitted by law or with Taco's written permission.
Scrape, crawl, index, harvest, data-mine, or use automated means to access the Website, except for ordinary indexing by public search engines that comply with Taco's technical instructions.
Use Website content or data to train, fine-tune, test, or improve an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model without Taco's written permission.
Circumvent security measures, probe vulnerabilities, interfere with Website operation, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Impersonate another person, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, submit false or unlawful information, or use the Website to violate law or third-party rights.
Use Taco's names, logos, trademarks, or content in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written permission.
5. Intellectual Property
The Website and its design, text, graphics, logos, videos, case studies, software, data compilations, and other content are owned by Taco or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. Taco and its related names and logos are trademarks or service marks of Taco. No right is granted except the limited right expressly stated in these Terms.
6. Information You Submit
You represent that information you submit through the Website is accurate, lawful, and yours to provide. Do not submit confidential client materials, account credentials, regulated data, sensitive personal information, or content that infringes another person's rights. You grant Taco a nonexclusive right to use information you submit as reasonably necessary to respond to you, evaluate a prospective relationship, schedule meetings, provide requested communications, operate the Website, and protect Taco's rights. Personal information is handled as described in the Website Privacy Policy.
If you voluntarily provide suggestions or feedback about the Website or Taco's services, Taco may use that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided Taco does not publicly identify you without permission.
7. Third Party Services and Links
The Website may include links to or integrations with third-party services, including scheduling and newsletter services. Taco does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy. A link does not imply Taco's endorsement.
8. Electronic Communications
When you contact Taco, schedule a meeting, or subscribe to communications, you consent to receive responsive electronic communications. Marketing emails will include an available unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent Taco from sending non-marketing communications relating to an inquiry or business relationship.
9. Website Availability and Changes
Taco may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Website at any time. Taco may correct errors and update content without notice. Taco does not guarantee that the Website will always be available, secure, accurate, complete, or free of harmful components.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ALL WEBSITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TACO DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY. TACO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS. Some laws may not permit certain disclaimers, in which case those disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TACO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. TACO'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL WEBSITE-RELATED CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS. These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Taco and its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs, including attorneys' fees, arising from your unlawful use of the Website, information or content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights. Taco may control the defense of a covered claim, and you will reasonably cooperate. You may not settle a claim in a manner that imposes liability or obligations on Taco without Taco's written consent.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Website-related disputes are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Before commencing a formal proceeding, you and Taco will attempt in good faith for 30 days to resolve the dispute through written notice describing the claim and requested relief.
Except for an individual claim eligible for small-claims court or a request for temporary injunctive relief concerning intellectual property, security, or unauthorized access, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Website will be finally resolved by confidential, binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under the rules applicable to the dispute, before one arbitrator. The arbitration will take place in New York County, New York, or remotely if the arbitrator permits. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
YOU AND TACO AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. NEITHER PARTY MAY PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR ARBITRATION. YOU AND TACO WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR A CLAIM SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION. If this class-action waiver is held unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim must proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction in New York County, New York, and not in arbitration.
This Section governs Website-related disputes only. A Client Agreement's dispute-resolution provisions govern disputes arising from services provided under that Client Agreement.
14. Changes to These Terms
Taco may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively upon posting unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the Website after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. General Terms
If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Taco's failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without Taco's written consent; Taco may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of assets. These Terms and the Website Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning public use of the Website, but do not replace a Client Agreement.
